Therapy
Therapy tailored to your needs.
Healing often begins with having a space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what has been difficult. Melissa Henbest provides thoughtful, compassionate psychotherapy for individuals navigating trauma-related concerns, anxiety, painful emotions, relationship challenges, and unhealthy patterns that may be affecting daily life.
Through Olivine Wellness, Melissa provides personalized therapy grounded in a psychodynamic approach and tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and strengths.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients better understand patterns, manage distress, and create meaningful change.
Melissa is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and has specialized experience working with PTSD and CPTSD. Her collaborative approach supports clients in processing past experiences, building practical coping skills, and developing greater insight and well-being.
